Chocolate chips (for creating ghost eyes)
1 cup of butter
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup of flour
1 cup of oats
1 cup of chocolate chips (for the cookie mix)
1 cup of melted butter
1 cup of white chocolate chips
1 cup of flour
1 cup of candy corn (optional, for decoration)
Instructions
Prepare Ghost Cupcakes. Follow the instructions on the cupcake mix box. Mix the ingredients as directed and bake the cupcakes in a preheated oven. Allow them to cool completely before frosting.
Frost and Decorate. Using the jar of white frosting, generously frost the cooled cupcakes. Place chocolate chips on each cupcake to represent ghost eyes.
Make Monster Cookies. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and mix well. Gradually stir in the flour, oats, and chocolate chips until fully combined.
Scoop and Bake. Using a cookie scoop, place equal amounts of cookie dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Prepare Blondies. In a clean mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Mix well, then add the eggs and vanilla extract. Gradually blend in the flour and white chocolate chips until just combined. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
Bake the Blondies. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 20-25 minutes. Allow them to cool, then cut into squares and optionally decorate with candy corn.
